The plant did arrive when it was supposed to, so no issue there. But when I opened the box, it looked a bit worn out to me—some leaves were bent and the soil was dry. I don’t think it’s in terrible shape or beyond saving, it just didn’t feel as fresh or healthy as I was expecting. The packaging seemed okay, so maybe it just had a rough trip. I’m giving it 3 stars for now and hoping it perks up with a little care.

I ordered two plants from Oasis Plant Shop, and they were packed decently when they showed up. One plant looked great right out of the box, but the other had some yellow spots on the leaves, so I was immediately wondering if it was stressed or maybe dealing with something else.

I also noticed a couple of tiny bugs in the soil, which wasn’t a full-on infestation, but still not exactly what you want to find. I treated it and the plant seems to be doing fine now. Overall I’m happy enough, especially compared to some other plant orders I’ve gotten where things were... but I do wish they had checked a little more carefully before shipping.

I felt a bit misled when this plant showed up. From the listing, I expected something healthy and decent-looking, but it arrived with yellow leaves, bone-dry soil, and a few stems that already looked weak. It just didn’t seem like it was in good shape from the start, and after a few days it looked even worse. Disappointing overall.

The care tips helped a ton. My plant is doing great now, despite my dumbass self almost messing it up at first.

Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but the lack of communication made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be. If they had sent even a quick update saying they were looking into it, I probably would’ve felt a lot better. The plants were fine, but the customer service part makes me unsure if I’d order from them again

My plant showed up with the pot broken, which was frustrating. I felt a little embarrassed even reaching out about it, like I was making a fuss, but support did get back to me and sent a replacement. It took a few days, so it wasn’t super quick, but the issue did get handled in the end.

The site was easy to browse overall, but a few pages took way too long to load, which got annoying fast. Checkout also felt a little confusing at first, and I just wanted to get it done without clicking around trying to figure things out.

I ordered from Oasis Plant Shop because the prices looked reasonable compared to a few other online plant shops I was checking out.
The plant I received was a solid size for what I paid, and it arrived in good shape. It wasn’t literally the cheapest option out there, but it still felt like a good value overall.

I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping ended up adding a little more than I expected. Still, I’m happy with the purchase and would probably order again.

My plants showed up and everything was labeled correctly, which I definitely appreciate. One of the pot sizes looked a little different from what I thought I picked, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Compared to a few other plant shops I’ve ordered from, this was still better organized and mostly accurate overall.

The pot arrived cracked inside the box, which was disappointing. It seems like the packaging just didn’t protect it well enough during shipping. I like ordering from here, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably have to shop somewhere else.
